This line washes and cleans the recycled PET bottles, such as the mineral water bottles, pesi bottles, oil bottles, etc. The clean flakes can be used to produce the polyester staple fiber, PET strap band, granules, PET transparent film and sheets, etc. The top class flakes can be used to mould the bottles again. We had exported this line to Russia, Ukraine, Romania, Egypt, Malayia, Vietnam, Uzbekistan, etc, for more than 70 lines since last 5 years.
We also are chemical fiber producer, every year we import about 40, 000 tons flakes from all over the word. So we can sign a flakes sell back with our clients.
Brief introduction of the individual equipment:
1. Bale opener (Option)
Open the baled PET bottles into individual bottles, controlled by inverter
2. Belt conveyer
Transporter with frequency control, to adjust speed to requirements of line.
3. Pre-washing machine
Three functions: firstly,Peeling the 90% labels and 50% caps of the bottles by cold water, Secondly, clean the bottles convenient for manual sorting. Thirdly, it will be more efficient to increase capacity of the crusher.
4. Belt moving machine
This machine can clean out caps and belt of bottles and reach 95%.
5. Crusher
This crusher is designed for wet crushing. It is equipped with eight rotating and four stationery knives. It's with standard sieve size of 16mm and spare grid of 14mm(customerized).
6. Screw conveyer
Transport flakes to the hot washing.
7. Hot water washing chamber
Remove the labels, dirt and other residues by hot water. Overflow them on top of washing chamber.
8. Friction washing tank
The flakes are efficiently cleaned insight inclining drum with high speed.Flakes are rubbing against each other as well as against the rotating auger. The auger moves the flakes forward and clean rest remain of dirt.
9. Floating washing tank
Flotation/sink tank separates the material according their density. PET sinks to the bottom PE and PP float on the top and are moved by rotating shovels to side of washing tank. a small screw conveyor takes them out.
10. Centrifugal dryer
The wet flakes are dewatered in horizontal centrifuge. Flakes are dried to 2.5% of humidity. Usually the flakes can be used for fiber production.
11. Drying bunker(Optional)
Drying the flakes by electricity of 48kw, 2000L storage silo has fan blower conveyor filling station to the big bags
12. Electrical control cabinet
Whole line is controlled via two main control boxes and two panels. Switch to each machine on the panel, plus frequency control display.
13. PVC detector (optional)
Detect the PVC flakes from PET flakes with temperature to 200 Centigrade.
